How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To provide you with MOT reminders 

  • To allow you to book an MOT appointment with one of our Garage Provider’s

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • From a Garage Provider that has signed you up, this data is collected to allow us to send MOT reminders on their behalf 

We use the information that you have given us in order:

  • To contact you about MOT reminders

  • To look up the DVLA database about your car information

  • To connect you to a Garage Provider

  • To create an account on our website

We may share this information with the DVLA .
